Ageas is delighted to join the Auto Body & Motor Claims Trade Show, to celebrate 10 successful years of its award-winning Solution Centre Network.

For the second year running, Ageas UK will join forces with the Auto Body & Motor Claims Trade Show, the largest and most comprehensive car repair and claims event staged in Britain, in March 2016 to offer a truly inspiring, practical and thought-provoking day for event attendees. Ageas will also take this opportunity to share the achievements and activities that the Solution Centre, its award-winning network of repairers, achieved over the past decade.

The Solution Centre Network is a market leading network that encourages repairer innovation and has supported initiatives such as ABL 1-Touch Accident Repair group, Halo Accident Repair Centres and Pronto Repairs. The repair network puts the customers’ needs at the centre of the repair process by analysing the mechanics of the current claims process from the customers’ perspective in order to get a better understanding of their requirements. Every repairer that is part of the network has high levels of autonomy, uses a simple e-invoicing facility, coupled with a total loss valuation tools both with no additional expense. As a result of the successful relationship between Ageas and the approved repairers, customers can expect an excellent level of service.

Managing Director of ABL 1-Touch Accident Repair Group, Sue Morriss commented: “Our partnership with Ageas has assisted and encouraged us to build a business around the customer, rather than allowing the customer to fit in with the business. Ageas’s approach broadens our horizons with both repair methodology and customer service, to develop new and better ways of working. We are very proud to be part of the Solution Centre Network and continue to work and develop in true partnership to create a modern customer-focused, vehicle repair solution which will bring positive change to our industry.”

Rob Smale, Claims Director at Ageas Insurance, said: “We are very proud of what we have achieved over the last 10 years with the Solution Centre Network and we are even happier to celebrate this at the Auto Body & Motor Claims Trade Show. We’ve worked really hard with our network to make sure that we continue to provide a high quality service with shortened lifecycles and create the best possible customer experience. Core to this is also listening to our network and making sure Ageas is a low friction partner.

“After a decade of influencing the wider repair marketplace we remain passionate about the future.  We are keen to hear from likeminded people at the Auto Body & Motor Claims Trade Show - regardless of whether you are part of our network or not, we would welcome your views, so please come along and say hello.”

Ageas will be at stand number G16 on 15 and 16 March and welcomes all enthusiastic and talented individuals who want to get a better understanding around the award-winning network and find out more about future career opportunities.
